What you will do

• Maintain an ISO27001-certified environment to ensure continuous compliance.
• Manage global laptop deployment, hardware provisioning, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain network connectivity and infrastructure across multiple global sites.
• Resolve IT issues, provide technical support, and assist with security incident response.
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of office technology and IT equipment.
• Optimize IT system performance and maintain detailed process documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and Slack management.
• Must be based in Pristina and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Strong understanding of ISO27001 and information security frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise device management and deployment at scale.
• Ability to use AI tools for automation and efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks beyond ISO27001.
