What you will do

• Support and maintain the daily operations of internal IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues.
• Administer the Atlassian Portfolio to increase overall employee productivity.
• Automate routine day-to-day tasks and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Research and implement SaaS applications and network improvements.
• Provide hands-on support, including occasional travel to other office locations.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of network fundamentals and corporate security concepts.
• Basic administration experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong logical approach to troubleshooting and a passion for automation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts simply to non-technical audiences.
• Diligent, self-organized, and a strong team player.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
