Salary: $23 - $28 per hour

What you will do

• Independently review high-volume complaints to identify HIPAA and federal civil rights violations.
• Provide initial recommendations for administrative, non-investigative closure using established guidelines.
• Draft detailed case processing documentation ensuring strict adherence to regulations and policies.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff as requested by the COR.
• Apply knowledge of nondiscrimination regulations, court decisions, and agency precedents to compliance work.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain government security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent to GS-11 level or higher in the Federal Government.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with exceptional discretion.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC.
