What you will do

• Manage national and international client projects within Europe through to final delivery.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams from order receipt to delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-demand clients.
• Take full responsibility for costs, quality, and timelines within relevant projects.
• Provide regular project reporting to the Head of Defence Programmes.
• Coordinate activities with external service providers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable vocational training with professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience in project management.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Augsburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the automotive sector.
• IPMA Level C certification.
