What you will do

• Lead pre-sales and delivery of complex API and e-commerce projects for external partners.
• Facilitate collaboration between partner teams and internal Engineering, Product, and Operations functions.
• Develop blueprint processes for the rollout of standard product offerings.
• Capture market needs and partner insights to guide product development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients in the LatAm region.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing technical projects or solution delivery in consulting or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, architecture diagrams, and e-commerce.
• Business fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clarity for non-technical stakeholders.
• Openness to business travel to key markets in Latin America.
