What you will do

• Refine expertise in leveraging digital media channels including social, video, programmatic DSPs, and search.
• Act as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and vendors to track and solve issues.
• Partner with clients to align marketing objectives with business goals and competitive constraints.
• Design and execute sophisticated programs in collaboration with the Optimization & Innovation team.
• Manage and mentor one or more Optimization & Innovation Analysts.
• Execute campaign setups and measure performance using sophisticated data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in Paid Social and Programmatic digital advertising platforms.
• English and Spanish proficiency (B2+ level) required.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with client and account management.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and pay close attention to detail.
• Understanding of ad policies, creative standards, and the programmatic ecosystem.
