What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise Web and Digital Platform strategy aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.
• Lead the adoption and scaling of composable commerce architecture, including headless Shopify and API-first ecosystems.
• Drive implementation of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and headless CMS solutions like Bloomreach, Optimizely, or Sitecore.
• Champion AI-driven innovation across digital channels, including personalization, search, and content automation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital and eCommerce initiatives across B2B and B2C platforms.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including GenAI, AI agents, and AI-based automation frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in web technologies or enterprise architecture, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise with Composable Commerce, Headless Architectures, and DXP platforms.
• Deep understanding of React, Next.js, Node.js, and API-first design.
• Proven experience implementing AI/ML capabilities and leveraging AI across the SDLC.
• Location: Must be based in Deerfield, Illinois.
