Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, with 3 required office days per week in Soho on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

What you will do

• Own the Audience & Platform Expansion product domain, including its strategy, roadmap, delivery, and iteration.
• Build the scalable foundation for global subscriber acquisition and tiered premium offerings.
• Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps across areas such as onboarding, catalogue discovery, monetization, and viewer experience.
• Guide technical products from conception through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Science, Marketing, Business Development, and Legal to define requirements and resolve trade-offs.
• Set KPIs and OKRs, present strategy to senior leadership, align cross-functional teams, and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or a closely related technical role.
• 3–5 years of experience shipping complex technical products from 0 to 1.
• Technical fluency in machine learning models, streaming architectures, latency constraints, and architectural trade-offs.
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management, subscription management, billing and monetization, and data processing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with AI tools and AI prototyping.
