Salary: $250,000 - $290,000 (Base)

What you will do

• Lead the US Operations organization and design the operational infrastructure for rapid market expansion.
• Maintain a "Control Tower" view of all projects to optimize delivery, budget management, and scope.
• Architect and iterate the "Project Process" and execution models from the ground up.
• Manage the annual Operations budget, ensuring ROI and efficient resource allocation.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for strategic sales and high-stakes deals.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs to drive data-driven performance improvements.

Requirements

• Professional Engineering (PE) License is mandatory.
• 10+ years of engineering and project management experience in utilities, transportation, or government infrastructure.
• Proven track record of creating operational processes in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in cost estimating, scheduling, and large-scale project execution.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and the HQ in Israel.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology (preferred).
