What you will do

• Translate financial plans into regional and segment-level targets, investment priorities, and operating plans.
• Build investment and resourcing plans to ensure GTM capacity is aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead bi-annual planning cycles end-to-end, driving alignment across Finance, Field Operations, Data, and Enablement.
• Develop individual field targets to drive accountability, motivation, and performance management.
• Analyze attainment, productivity, and performance to identify operational risks and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to guide GTM strategy, including segmentation and org design.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in GTM strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and planning expertise connecting business strategy to targets and headcount.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and consumption-based revenue models in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional planning processes with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward data-driven decision-making.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
