What you will do

• Apply trading expertise to understand drivers of critical metrics like demand and conversion at product and sales site levels.
• Generate insights from large complex data, communicate findings simply, and develop ideas to improve performance.
• Deliver accurate channel reporting, root-cause analysis for performance issues, and governance.
• Provide mitigation or acceleration recommendations to senior partners and sales channels.
• Coach and manage a team of 4, ensuring high standards, regular 1:1s, development plans, and clear direction.

Requirements

• Highly numerate and analytical with excellent communication skills for presenting to senior partners via written, PowerPoint, spreadsheet, and verbal formats.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with large complex data, quick commercial decision-making in sectors like telecoms, media, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
• Proven coaching and management of teams.
• Self-starter mindset to identify trends, tackle issues, and optimize performance.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
• Confident presenting to Director level.
