Location: Hybrid with 3 days a week onsite in Osterley campus, London. Osterley Campus near Syon Lane train station with shuttle buses from nearby tube stations.

What you will do
- Apply trading expertise to understand drivers of critical metrics like demand and conversion at product and sales site levels.
- Generate insights from large complex data, communicate findings simply, and develop ideas to improve performance.
- Deliver accurate channel reporting, root-cause analysis for performance issues, and governance.
- Provide mitigation or acceleration recommendations to senior partners and sales channels.
- Coach and manage a team of 4, ensuring high standards, regular 1:1s, development plans, and clear direction.
Requirements
- Highly numerate and analytical with excellent communication skills for presenting to senior partners via written, PowerPoint, spreadsheet, and verbal formats.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with large complex data, quick commercial decision-making in sectors like telecoms, media, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
- Proven coaching and management of teams.
- Self-starter mindset to identify trends, tackle issues, and optimize performance.
- Strong Excel skills and financial modelling experience.
- Confident presenting to Director level.
