Middle Office Analyst (Commodities Trading)

Middle Office Analyst (Commodities Trading): Responsible for daily economic Gross Margin reporting and financial exposure attribution for Natural Gas, LNG, Power, and Metals with an accent on IFRS-compliant revaluation and trading data integrity. Focus on automating efficiency initiatives, validating price curves (IPV), and supporting the onboarding of new products within the Deal Lifecycle.

What you will do

• Generate daily economic P&L revaluations and physical/financial exposure reports.
• Administer End of Day processes, including IPV and price curve validation.
• Support Commercial Teams with new business onboarding via the DLC framework.
• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, and Tax functions for IFRS reporting alignment.
• Develop and maintain methodology documentation for all process deliverables.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc Middle Office reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in a commodities trading organization with Deal Lifecycle (DLC) exposure.
• Knowledge of commodities valuation principles and preferably IFRS 9 / IAS32.
• Strong analytical skills for concise report generation.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
