• Consult with clients on complex accounting transactions and divestiture solutions.
• Oversee multiple engagement teams through carve-out readiness and 100-day planning.
• Support SEC regulatory filings and facilitate the preparation of carve-out financials.
• Provide technical advice on US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
• Train and supervise less experienced colleagues, providing regular feedback.
• Represent the firm at recruiting and professional networking events.

Requirements

• Active CPA license (required).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial statement audits or transaction advisory.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
• Ability to travel up to 30% on short notice.
• Must be able to work in-person at least 3 days per week in the US.
