Salary: $109,500 - $145,700 USD

What you will do

• Act as a strategic financial business partner to facility and commercial leadership to support operational objectives.
• Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop, monitor, and report key financial and operational KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
• Support month-end close activities and coordinate with the Shared Service Center to validate financial results.
• Prepare documentation and respond to inquiries for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work in Kapolei, HI.
