What you will do

• Investigate and resolve Cyber, Privacy, Media, and Tech E&O claims.
• Analyze complex coverage issues and prepare formal coverage position letters.
• Manage high-stakes first-party claims including data breaches, business interruption, and extortion.
• Direct outside counsel, review legal budgets, and approve billing.
• Collaborate with underwriters on policy drafting, risk assessment, and trend reporting.
• Develop and execute resolution strategies and attend mediations.

Requirements

• JD Required (Currently Licensed).
• Must be based in the USA.
• 3-5 years of professional liability claims experience.
• In-depth knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and the trial process.
• Ability to obtain and hold all required adjuster licenses.
• Strong negotiation and investigative skills.
