What you will do
- Define and execute regional partner strategy aligned with global objectives, building relationships with GSIs, ISVs, VARs, cloud providers, and MSPs.
- Identify, onboard, and enable high-potential partners to drive joint selling, co-marketing, and partner-sourced pipeline growth.
- Implement scalable partner programs including enablement, certification, incentives, and MDF; establish KPIs and reporting.
- Align with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for seamless partner engagement.
- Lead regional partner managers, foster collaboration, and represent at industry events.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within enterprise tech.
- Proven success building and scaling partner programs across diverse geographies.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with partner-led GTM models and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work without sponsorship required.
