What you will do

• Manage and mentor a QA team, providing continuous feedback and individual follow-up meetings.
• Oversee all project quality assurance aspects, including establishing parameters and developing new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with design, art, and production departments to ensure optimal planning of tests.
• Coordinate QA operations with external partners and work with the QA Manager to define schedules and assess risks.
• Lead daily Scrum-style meetings with the project development team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of QA experience in the video game industry.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead.
• Experience working on mobile game projects.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and technical requirements for consoles and manufacturers.
• Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
