What you will do

• Own and evolve the test strategy to set quality standards across sportsbook and casino platforms.
• Partner with Engineers and Product Managers to build and approve risk-based test plans.
• Lead end-to-end quality efforts and embed a culture of testing during discovery and planning.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to measure release health and quality.
• Improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks to increase speed and coverage.
• Manage bug triage, prioritization, and defect resolution while balancing delivery needs.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of QA methodologies including Unit, API, UI, Integration, Performance, and E2E.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GoCD.
• Proven track record of designing and executing full-stack test strategies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, testable scenarios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid office attendance.
