What you will do

• Collaborate with the QA Lead to develop test strategies and plans aligned with BX platform project objectives.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on iOS and Android applications built with React Native.
• Develop and extend Python-based automated test suites to increase coverage.
• Identify and implement testing process optimizations within CI/CD pipelines.
• Serve as a key QA collaborator for development and product management teams throughout the SDLC.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the overall skill development of the QA department.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on QA engineering experience in test strategy, planning, and execution.
• Proven experience in mobile testing for both iOS and Android, specifically with React Native apps.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation using frameworks like pytest, Appium, or Selenium.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for backend data validation and database testing.
