What you will do

• Lead testing strategy and execution for complex software systems
• Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks
• Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test data
• Identify quality risks early and recommend mitigation strategies
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on system design and quality
• Resolve complex defects and integration issues across systems
• Mentor junior SQA engineers and drive QA process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of software quality assurance or testing experience (or Master’s with 3+ years, or equivalent)
• Advanced expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD, and system integration testing
• Strong understanding of defect root cause analysis and risk-based testing
• Analytical, communication, and mentoring skills; ability to work independently
