What you will do

• Define quality strategy and governance by embedding "Quality by Design" and driving Shift-Left/Shift-Right methodologies across the SDLC.
• Architect, implement, and optimize sophisticated automation frameworks to ensure high stability and rapid feedback loops.
• Lead complex regression strategies and root-cause analysis for a high-scale global ticketing platform.
• Set engineering best practices and mentor Senior and Junior engineers to elevate the organization's technical maturity.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-augmented tools, to streamline testing efficiency.

Requirements

• Expert-level command of testing ecosystems: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Puppeteer, or Gatling.
• Deep expertise in Page Object Model (POM) and other scalable architectural patterns for automation.
• High proficiency in multiple programming languages: Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience architecting CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated quality gates into DevOps workflows.
• Extensive experience validating distributed systems within AWS Cloud environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
