CRM Specialist (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation support is available.

Compensation: $35,000–$42,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Manage CRM workflows, customer segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
• Use HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar platforms to improve campaign performance.
• Track open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
• Optimize email templates, test subject lines, and improve deliverability.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to personalize customer interactions and improve retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, automation workflows, lead scoring, drip campaigns, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalization, dynamic content, and email deliverability optimization.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon in a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting.
• Experience with behavioral triggers and advanced automation workflows.
