What you will do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Manage CRM workflows, segmentation, and customer lifecycle automation using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Analyze and optimize email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion) through A/B testing.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to personalize customer interactions.
• Implement behavioral triggers and ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM management or marketing automation.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation workflows, and customer journey mapping.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and CRM reporting tools.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal for onsite work.
