Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, Georgia). Must be based in the US and spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver marketing plans for Professional Buyer and Insurance audiences aligned with business objectives.
• Manage daily execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, paid/earned media, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to ensure effective messaging and audience positioning.
• Lead the full campaign lifecycle from brief to delivery, partnering with content, design, social, and media teams.
• Utilize data and performance metrics to evaluate results and optimize future campaign planning.
• Provide impactful marketing programs and tools to support distribution and enhance client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce and workflow tools is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, Georgia office (minimum 4 days/week).
