What you will do

• Design and develop state-of-the-art learning experiences, including e-learning modules, blended programmes, simulations, and videos.
• Apply proven instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile ID) and learning theories to underpin design decisions.
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate content drafting, visual creation, and personalization.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend their adoption to improve the learning cycle.
• Mentor and develop the instructional design capabilities of Junior to Senior Learning Specialists.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Instructional Design role within a Customer Service organization.
• Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to improve instructional design outputs.
• Advanced proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring.
• Experience with LMS and LXP platforms (e.g., Docebo, Degreed, 360Learning, Cornerstone).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, L&D, or equivalent professional experience.
