Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $19/hr (contract-to-hire)

What you will do
- Handle concierge referrals by gathering members’ preferences, finding high-quality providers, and presenting options.
- Work with scheduling team to book appointments and support members throughout their healthcare journey.
- Balance performance targets for velocity and quality while meeting service level agreements.
- Collect accurate data from provider offices on availability, insurance, and services.
- Assist Records Team in collecting and forwarding member records to new providers.
- Collaborate with Member Care, Records, Clinical, Quality, and Training teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and suggest enhancements to customer experience and efficiency.
Requirements
- Great verbal and written communication skills for provider offices and team coordination
- Detail-oriented with accurate data collection and entry
- Strong organizational skills to manage dashboard of active cases
- Adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with Google Apps, CRM systems, internet searches, and basic troubleshooting
- Problem-solving, clear communication, and good judgment
