What you will do

• Lead and develop three Team Leaders managing a total team of 22 people.
• Oversee credit control activity across a high-volume, high-value client portfolio to ensure timely collections.
• Drive cash collection strategy and DSO reduction by setting targets and tracking progress.
• Review and manage credit limits, policies, and bad debt provisions in line with business risk appetite.
• Produce detailed KPI and performance reporting for the Head of Credit Control.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable management.
• Proven track record of managing people managers.
• Experience managing high-volume and high-value financial portfolios.
• Working knowledge of ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Manchester, UK.
