Location: Hybrid (Edinburgh, UK) - Must work from the office a minimum of 60% of the time over a 12-week period.

What you will do

• Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders and receipts.
• Manage supplier setups and maintain accurate data across eight ledgers.
• Handle employee expense claims and administer company credit card expenditure.
• Execute weekly multi-currency payment runs for suppliers and employees.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve aged creditor balances.
• Support month-end close activities and maintain the purchase ledger to a high standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Knowledge of UK and international VAT regulations.
• Experience working with international AP ledgers and supplier reconciliations.
• Proficiency with ERP or finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Edinburgh to meet hybrid office requirements.
