What you will do

• Own the month-end close process and ensure the accuracy of management accounts and cashflow reporting.
• Lead the year-end statutory audit process and maintain full balance sheet integrity.
• Establish and improve financial controls, policies, and governance for a scaling multi-entity group.
• Manage the financial integration and onboarding of newly acquired entities into the Group's ERP and reporting framework.
• Line manage and develop a member of the finance team while partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Drive automation of reporting and forecasting processes leveraging AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA).
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong grounding in financial control within a fast-paced SME, startup, or scale-up environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to own month-end and reporting processes end-to-end.
• Experience in high-growth, acquisitive, or multi-entity business structures.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementations or finance systems migrations.
• Familiarity with BI tools.
• Experience integrating AI tools and automation within finance workflows.
