What you will do

• Manage sales ledger, credit control, and assist with the purchase ledger.
• Handle supplier payments, statement reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
• Perform comprehensive bank management and bank reconciliations.
• Process staff expenses and manage intercompany transactions.
• Assist with payroll and VAT filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support the group financial controller and management accountant with general finance functions.

Requirements

• Strong finance background with proven experience in ledger management and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of processing foreign exchange transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using accounting and payroll systems such as Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll.
• Based in London to support a hybrid schedule (2-3 office days per week).
