Junior Accountant (Master Data)

What you will do

• Process new vendor account setups and changes, securing regulatory and compliance documents.
• Verify sensitive data changes and check vendor credibility via third-party reporting agencies.
• Review contracts to ensure full compliance with company terms and conditions.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor records and manage the periodical inactivation process.
• Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable Team regarding the payment process.
• Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by the GBS Management Team.

Requirements

• English: B2 level required.
• Strong numeric skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
• Educational background in finance or accounting (strong asset).
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Vendor Master Data Management (strong asset).
