What you will do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and the full Accounts Payable (AP) process, including invoice coding and payment runs.
• Assist with customer invoicing and collections to ensure timely payments.
• Process expense invoices and employee reimbursements accurately.
• Review and verify B2B contractor invoices against electronic timekeeping systems.
• Support month-end closing procedures, account reconciliations, and basic accruals.
• Help establish accounting routines for expansion into new European markets.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or finance administration.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Based in Lodz for hybrid office attendance.
