What you will do

• Manage daily bookkeeping for international entities, including purchases, sales, and bank transactions.
• Execute monthly and annual closing activities, including provisions, balance sheet valuations, and accruals.
• Coordinate accounting processes between group companies and external accounting offices abroad.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and intercompany settlements.
• Prepare financial statements according to international and local standards and support consolidated reporting.
• Drive the standardization and automation of finance and accounting processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting (AP, AR, GL), finance, or audit.
• Solid theoretical knowledge of accounting principles and an analytical approach to process improvement.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (C1 is a strong advantage).
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external accounting firms abroad.
• Knowledge of accounting or tax regulations in Hong Kong, the US, or EU countries.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One.
• Previous experience in an international company or group structure.
