What you will do

• Process and create new and existing customer contracts, ensuring correct completion by field and office teams.
• Coordinate contract approvals from the Commercial Director and submit approved agreements to the Contract Finance team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries, ensuring a professional response within 24 hours.
• Proactively manage and report on query status to Territory Managers and Executives to maintain SLA compliance.
• Maintain and audit accurate customer data within Salesforce and Atleos One.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Office Retention, Territory Management, and Contract Finance teams.

Requirements

• Strong ability to build effective working relationships across internal departments.
• High level of numeracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage a varied and pressurized workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
