Solution Readiness Coordinator (II): Acting as a critical liaison between Sales and Implementation teams to process hardware, software, and service orders with an accent on order flow accuracy and process adherence. Focus on managing the quote-to-bill lifecycle and ensuring seamless transaction execution within a fast-paced technology environment.
Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Onsite). Work schedule: 2 PM - 10 PM local time.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales Representatives and the Implementation Team.
- Review and process hardware, software, and service orders for new and existing customers.
- Maintain a firm understanding of the end-to-end order flow, including quoting, billing, and credit functions.
- Ensure strict adherence to established usage guidelines for sensitive and regulated data.
- Adapt quickly to new solutions and process changes within the technology environment.
- Perform duties virtually for other regions as required by business needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
- Ability to work the 2 PM - 10 PM shift.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry with Aloha Point Of Sale.
- Experience with Salesforce ERP.
