What you will do

• Identify and evaluate potential industrial collaborations to support overall business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify new technological areas and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations and analysis as a basis for further evaluation of prospects.
• Coordinate progress and information sharing of key ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure alignment, documentation, and reporting in accordance with the strategic process.
• Contribute to the planning and development of the AEW Strategic Business plan.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the domain, preferably from similar strategic roles.
• Analytical ability and understanding of technology, market trends, and defence offerings.
• Structured approach and dedication to providing data-driven bases for decision making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to pass a security vetting process; citizenship obligations may apply.
