What you will do

• Conduct detailed discussions with customer stakeholders to understand their goals.
• Design and document the end-to-end solution architecture for integrations.
• Drive the requirements gathering and the analysis phase.
• Manage multiple projects from discovery to delivery, adhering to budgets and deadlines.
• Prepare proposals and deliver customer presentations.
• Configure and manage necessary technical aspects of the solution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Experience in technical software implementation for enterprise-level customers.
• Strong knowledge of solution design, application, and infrastructure planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Available for occasional trips to visit clients.
