TL;DR
Management Analyst III (Defense): Providing strategic advisory and operational leadership for the NAVWAR enterprise with an accent on modernization initiatives and C4I program execution. Location: San Diego, CA. Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. national security clearance
Salary: $100,000-130,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead enterprise-level modernization initiatives by streamlining processes and implementing business operation best practices.
- Develop and deliver technical documentation, analytical products, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Monitor critical program processes for C4I systems, including Configuration Management (CM) and Certification & Accreditation (C&A).
- Coordinate and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
- Provide financial oversight for programs exceeding $100M, including cost driver analysis and POM submissions.
- Serve as a primary liaison for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation programs with international partners like NATO and FVEY.
Requirements
- US Citizenship and active U.S. national security clearance are mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of experience in naval communications or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, financial analysis, or operations research, specifically supporting the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) enterprise.
- Proven experience leading modernization for C4I or communications systems.
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and international security cooperation agreements.
- Ability to operate and maintain classified networks up to the TS/SCI level.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline.
- Direct experience operating within JWICS environments.
- Familiarity with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies.
