What you will do

• Integrate AI/GenAI tools like diffusion models and LLMs into scalable production workflows.
• Automate asset handling, rendering, versioning, and data processing with internal Python tools and scripts.
• Architect modular workflow systems, orchestrate data flows, and integrate new technologies without disrupting stability.
• Act as interface between Creative, Tech, and AI teams, building reusable tools, templates, and standards.
• Support projects from prototyping to production and contribute to technical concepts and innovation.

Requirements

• Work permit in Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany.
• Strong experience in pipeline development, technical direction, or workflow automation.
• Solid programming skills (e.g., Python) and experience building tools or scripts.
• Experience integrating AI/GenAI into real-world production workflows.
• Deep understanding of content production processes, asset management, and rendering pipelines.
• Strong system thinking for scalable, modular solutions and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning concepts (e.g., model training, LoRAs, data pipelines).
• Familiarity with cloud-based workflows and distributed systems.
• Experience in high-volume production environments (e.g., automotive, e-commerce, media).
