What you will do

• Adapt diffusion models to incorporate diverse conditioning signals like audio, motion, and interaction cues.
• Develop methods for streaming infinitely long video sequences at real-time rates.
• Improve lip-sync accuracy, motion realism, and overall visual quality in video diffusion models.
• Build robust evaluation frameworks and test suites to enable continuous quality tracking.
• Collaborate with the data team to define requirements and ensure high-quality datasets.
• Stay current with research in world models, interactive human/agent modeling, and diffusion architectures.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong background in machine learning, specifically diffusion models, GANs, or VAEs.
• Proven experience in computer vision and relevant industry research.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and modern ML frameworks.
• Strong Python engineering skills with a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
• Outcome-driven mindset with the ability to push research into real product impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio-conditioned video diffusion models and video DiT architectures.
• Ability to own the full model development pipeline from data preparation to training and evaluation.
