What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture for data platforms, including scraping, transformation, and LLM integration.
• Scale pipelines and design safe rollout plans with north star data-quality metrics.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data products and technical RFCs.
• Establish engineering standards for testing, evals, observability, and security.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead architecture reviews to up-level the organization.
• Prototype and evaluate AI/ML capabilities to determine feasibility and ROI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building production data systems and deploying LLMs at scale.
• Deep proficiency in Python and modern service architectures.
• Strong fundamentals in system design and data modeling.
• Experience with NLP/LLM domain, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Operational maturity including SLOs, observability, and incident practices.
• Must be based in Germany.
