What you will do

• Apply DPO (direct preference optimization) to pre-trained generative models.
• Adapt models to extend capabilities and change conditioning inputs.
• Build solutions for dubbing and evaluate lip-sync quality.
• Implement post-training optimization techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation.
• Analyze and address challenges related to model performance and avatar rendering quality.
• Stay updated with the latest research in diffusion models and adversarial networks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• 3+ years of industry experience in Computer Vision or Computer Science.
• Experience with generative models for images or videos (Diffusion/GAN).
• Strong knowledge of post-training techniques such as distillation and adversarial networks.
• Proficiency in Python and clean coding practices.
• Experience with SDLC tools like Git and CI/CD.
