What you will do

• Collaborate with model training teams to build and maintain a world-class human-centric data lake.
• Design and operate large-scale data processing pipelines and workflow orchestration systems.
• Extract new features and annotations to elevate dataset quality and model performance.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of data, from sourcing to delivery for research efforts.
• Influence the team’s long-term data strategy and infrastructure roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong background in data-centric, applied Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience improving model performance through data quality, curation, labeling, and evaluation.
• Experience working on the data layer of Generative AI products (images, video, or audio).
• Excellent Python skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Experience designing and operating workflow orchestration systems and large-scale data pipelines.
