What you will do

• Manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and ongoing relationships including invoicing and inquiry responses.
• Handle operational management and accounting of inventory.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly VAT reports across multiple jurisdictions.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and control purposes.
• Support the preparation of financial forecasts and detailed analyses.
• Process and upload reports for customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant financial experience.
• Experience supporting international operations or working within a global company.
• High proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau and NetSuite is an advantage.
• Strong English skills (spoken, written, and reading).
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
