What you will do

• Create high-level financial performance narratives for chief executive audiences.
• Partner with Housing teams to deliver financial information through BUR, QPR, and budgeting cycles.
• Manage P&L and Balance Sheet analysis for the Housing operating unit.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses related to governance, closing, and strategy planning.
• Develop and implement data manipulation solutions to optimize daily finance tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience including forecasting, reporting modeling, and budget management.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and P&L analysis.
• Advanced English level and ability to communicate findings to senior leaders.
• Technical proficiency in Excel and tools like Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau, and Hyperion Planning/Essbase.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
