What you will do

• Create high-level financial performance narratives and insights for senior audiences.
• Partner with Finance and non-Finance teams to deliver financial information across budget cycles.
• Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet views while ensuring governance requirements.
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and FP&A processes.
• Oversee headcount reporting for contractors and outsourced roles.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools such as Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau, Hyperion, and SmartView.
• Experience communicating complex analytical findings to senior leadership.
