What you will do

• Install, test, and commission subsea and hydrographic systems on customer vessels and in shipyards.
• Perform technical service, maintenance, and troubleshooting both on-site and in-house.
• Support delivery projects and collaborate with sales and after-sales teams.
• Conduct customer training and provide onboard operational assistance.
• Create detailed service documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Technical degree (for Junior) or proven field service background (for Experienced).
• Experience with hydrographic equipment/systems or strong IT knowledge in hardware and networking (IP, routing/switching, LAN).
• English: B2 minimum.
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Germany.
• Availability for significant travel, primarily within the DACH region and occasionally Europe.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in the German language.
• Technical education in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electro, Hydrography, or Subsea systems.
• Interest in learning specialized hydrographic software and product ecosystems.
