What you will do

• Advise the Managing Director and Management Team to ensure effectiveness of business practices and recommend sustainable changes.
• Perform research and value-added analyses to support strategic objectives and goals.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for AOC and Saudi hirify.global.
• Monitor strategy implementation and suggest improvements to reach strategic goals.
• Support the implementation of new policies, services, and organizational change processes.
• Coordinate periodic strategic reviews and MIS meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or an industry-related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years with AOC or affiliated companies.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong strategic insight from a global perspective.
