What you will do

  • Deliver engaging virtual onboarding and training sessions to customers in the Dutch market.
  • Train customers on specific product features tailored to their operational workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Create and manage documentation for onboarding processes and product training.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and internal teams to ensure timely customer launches.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Professional background in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience delivering training or educational onboarding sessions.
  • Ability to quickly master and explain technical concepts.
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a technical role such as software, IT, or technical support.
  • Familiarity with Apple tools, web technologies, or networking.
  • Understanding of restaurant POS systems.
