What you will do

• Provide strategy support to CEO and leadership, preparing high-stakes board meetings and decision-making formats
• Identify, analyze, and execute strategic partnerships with international product partners from commercial logic to legal finalization
• Track ROI of product solutions and partnerships to ensure measurable value creation
• Contribute to special projects like new pricing models, business areas, or M&A with strong execution focus

Requirements

• Completed degree from renowned university/business school in Business, Economics, or similar
• ~1 year experience or several high-impact internships in startups, strategy consulting, or venture capital
• First-principles thinking to deconstruct complex problems and build robust business cases
• Proactive owner mindset, thriving with freedom to execute
• Fluency in English essential; German a strong plus
