What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of talent development programs, including planning, delivery, vendor management, and budget monitoring.
• Analyze L&D metrics and satisfaction data to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate impact to stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-to-end invoice processes, including PO creation, settlement, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align programs with business outcomes and employee growth.
• Create high-quality program materials, reports, and templates ensuring strong visual communication.
• Integrate innovative L&D practices based on current industry trends.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering talent development and employee experience programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
